In spite of its success, the tune has been panned by several sources as one of the worst songs of all time. Upon its re-release, the song peaked at #2 on the US Billboard Hot 100. Singer Charlene must've believed in this pop ballad because she released it twice-once in 1977 to little fanfare and again in 1982. ![]()
